Sure is. Most of the items in the food service are gluten free, including BBQ pulled pork, beef pot roast, beef chili, hickory smoked baked potatoes, BBQ beans, corn, broccoli, and wild rice. It is not a gluten free kitchen, but each dish is prepared separately and GF items are labeled on the buffet. The GM and chef are both present at each show for specific questions or ingredient checks. Vegetarians would obviously omit the meat dishes from the buffet, but the cornerstone is the massive hickory smoked baked potato with toppings of your choice, and they can also enjoy BBQ beans, wild rice, corn, broccoli, rolls, and apple and cherry turnovers.

At 5:30, the GM will begin dismissing guests by row for the food service. We do this by row to make it more organized and move faster, as well as to keep guests from having to stand and wait as opposed to sitting. The GM leads them through the food service, and the cast serves your food, plating up whatever you’d like, however much you’d like of it. Then, ushers lead you to your seats and can help carry any plates, and then you eat while you watch the show. Your silverware, napkins, and straws are already at your seat, the seats are designed with little tables, and a server keeps your drinks full and your table cleared. Seconds are encouraged, and the food service stays open until 6:30.

Absolutely! The entire building is ADA accessible, and there are a couple of house wheelchairs for public use. As far as seating, all our aisles are wide enough for a standard mobility scooter to navigate, and for most people to transfer into seating if they would like. There is also plenty of aisle seating. Additionally, there is a special row right at the front of the stage that we reserve for those who cannot transfer and would like to pull up to a table for the dinner. Call the box office for help choosing seating, and we can always go back and move you around to best support your needs.
